Via Gennita

We envisioned a tropical oasis that would complement the many palm tree species already on the property. The dilapidated concrete pond and bridge-to-nowhere were removed, making room for a larger updated pond with waterfalls on both sides of the new gazebo gathering space. The sound of water added ambiance and helped soften nearby road noise. An exposed aggregate path was replaced with flagstone, leading visitors to the gazebo and into a curving walking-meditation path. In the front yard, a new island highlights a stone fountain surrounded by Pygmy Date Palms and other tropical plantings. Fruit trees and new sod lawn completed the tropical oasis theme of their new landscape.
